Instruction for Use

• An email containing the unique voucher code(s) will be sent to you.
• Not applicable for other books and/or products.
• Voucher is not valid for mobile app.
• You are required to enter the unique voucher code provided to you during checkout.
• Voucher code expires in 6 months upon the date of purchase.
• Standard Shipping is only applicable for certain products. For full shipping prices, please click here.
• Combined shipping is not available.
• Shipping fees is included for certain vouchers only.
• Shipping Guarantee is not currently applicable due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Only 1 voucher per order can be applied, value of vouchers cannot be combined.
2. Must use entire value in 1 order, valid for 1 book design per order, any unused amount will not be refunded.
3. Promotion cannot be use in conjunction with any other discounts, promotional codes, gift certificates, group buying vouchers and vouchers.
4. Voucher code must be entered at the time of your ordering and will not be accepted after the order is completed and received.
5. Offer cannot be applied to orders previously submitted.
6. Promotional offers are valid for merchandise only and cannot be used to pay for, nor shall be applied to, applicable taxes or shipping and handling charges.
7. Voucher code is only applicable for the specified amount and/or product type.
8. Additional charges are applicable for upgrades of book size, book type, upgrade of materials and accessories. Any amount above the value of the voucher will be charged according to full price. This term is not applicable for vouchers which are for a specific book or product only.
9. Self pick-up option and combined shipping is not available.
10. Offers have no cash value, are not for resale and are not redeemable for cash.
11. No offer substitutions or transfer rights are allowed.
12. We will not be liable to you for any loss and/or damages of any kind suffered in connection with:
    
    1. Your purchase, redemption and/or use of the voucher;
    2. Your inability to use the voucher because it was misplaced, forgotten, void or as a result of your giving the wrong contact information; or
    3. The use of the voucher by any person(s) not authorized or approved by you.

If there is a production/book issue, we will assess the condition of the item(s), and at our sole discretion will decide to either repair or replace the product(s) that does not meet the warranty or condition. Promotional offer discounts are not eligible for credit or a refund.
14. 蜜桃影像 does NOT accept any amendments or changes to be made to the file ONCE the file is uploaded. Therefore, it is customer鈥檚 responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly before uploading their book for processing.
15. 蜜桃影像 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at any time without prior notice.
