• All products from the website and app are eligible for free shipping, with the exception of items below:
• The following products are excluded from free shipping:
• Canvas prints from 40鈥� x 12鈥� and bigger, all split and multi-canvas prints
• Metal Prints from 20鈥� x 40鈥� and bigger
• The following orders are also excluded from free shipping:
• Website or app orders using prepaid or deal vouchers upon checkout (unless specified)
• Website or app orders using vouchers from marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada upon checkout
• Website and app orders using promo codes with a subtotal amount below $NaN.

4. Coverage

• Free shipping is applicable nationwide for Standard Shipping only and Premium Express for certain products. Super Rush and Bulk Orders are not eligible for free shipping.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.
• Customers will be notified of changes via email and a notice on our website.
• All customers fully understand that this pilot offer may initially run for a couple of months with adjustments taking place. Within this period, we will be re-evaluating if this offer is something we can continuously provide, sustain, and scale up.
