    2. Yes, you can add pages with additional charges per page:

      • Lustre Paper (Default): $2 per page
      • Matte Paper: $2.25 per page.

    3. Both sizes are a steal at just $59 each, including shipping in the US. But wait, grab 5 or more and they're just $49 each with shipping included! Hurry, this special deal ends June 2024!

    4. Yes, but don鈥檛 worry, you鈥檝e got time! Your vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. For bulk deals, voucher validity extends to 6 months.

    5. We're giving you a premium upgrade to flush mount binding, which usually costs extra, for free! Our flush mount binding comes with a 0.7 mm core, making the pages thicker and providing a seamless spread experience.

    6. It鈥檚 simple! If your photobook arrives damaged*, we鈥檒l replace it for free. Just email us at [email protected] with:

      • Photos of the defect from different angles.
      • Your full name, order number, and a description of the defect.
      • The page number(s) of the damaged areas.

    7. Price Match Guarantee

      • We鈥檒l match the price if you buy the similar item online at other photobook platforms. Price match guarantee is strictly requested at time of purchase or within 14 days after purchase.
      • If you find a current lower price within 14 days after purchase, just present the proof and we will adjust your payment to the lower price, upon request.
