Care Instructions: Hand-wash with warm, soapy water then dry it thoroughly. Please do not put in the dishwasher. You may apply a little food-grade mineral oil when the wood is dry to prevent future cracking.

Suggested Usage: For hygiene purposes and easier cleaning, place a piece of parchment paper over the board/tray when serving food directly on the surface.
