The 蜜桃影像 Delivery Guarantee (鈥淕uarantee鈥�) is our commitment to giving you peace of mind knowing your orders are guaranteed to be shipped out within 5 working days. All shipments from any 蜜桃影像 production hub will be tracked and updated accordingly. This Guarantee will take effect, and you will be eligible for a shipping fee* refund if we fail to do so.

We always strive to ship out your orders as quickly as we can. That said, the arrival date to your doorstep is not always up to us. It usually involves many connecting delivery parties. Furthermore, the increasing global logistic issues caused by the pandemic, natural disasters, and current affairs have led to some potential delays. Nonetheless, expediting our shipment date is our commitment to our valued customers.

Terms and conditions

1. The Guarantee is effective 1 April, applies to any purchase from 蜜桃影像 Worldwide made from 1 April 2022 onwards
2. This Guarantee is not applicable to any orders that:
   1. Already have shipping fees waived at the point of payment.
   2. Are free of charge, E.g: the order is redeemed via a free promo code.
   3. Are made before 1 April 2022.
   4. Are ordered off our website and app. E.g.: an offline transaction.
   5. Are out of stock. If that happens, 蜜桃影像 will notify you within 3 working days. The order date will be recalibrated to the date of confirmation for any order alteration.
3. To qualify for the shipping fee* refund, the following conditions must be met:
   1. All delivery details must be accurate at the point of ordering. E.g.: receiver鈥檚 name, delivery address, postcode, and contact number.
   2. The shipping status will be tracked and updated in the registered Customer鈥檚 Account under 鈥�My Orders鈥�. Should the order status not reflect 鈥楽hipped鈥� in the 鈥楳y Orders鈥� page after 5 working days from the date of order, please contact us via [email protected].

      

   3. Your claim to have the shipping fee(s) refunded should proceed as follows:-
      1. Send us a request by providing a screenshot of the 鈥楳y Order鈥� page (ref. the sample screen shown above) and leave us your personal details, i.e. Name, email and contact number.
      2. We will validate and respond to you within 3 working days.
      3. Once the request is validated, we will proceed to refund within 7 working days.
   4. The shipping fee* refund will be in Shipping Credit that you can use to pay for the next order鈥檚 shipping fee. The Shipping Credit is valid for 1 year. 蜜桃影像 reserves the right to withdraw the shipping credit credited in your registered account if it is not used upon the expiry date. No cash or other form of compensation will be considered.
   5. The shipping fee* refund is calculated at the product level. E.g: if there are 3 products in one order and one item is late to ship according to the shipping lead time indicated in the Guarantee, the shipping fee related to that particular product will be refunded.
4. 蜜桃影像 reserves the right to produce further evidence should there be any discrepancies over the shipping date.
5. 蜜桃影像 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at its sole discretion; to discontinue this Programme without giving any reason and/or prior notice.
